Here is what you will do
- Overall responsibility for the personnel, technical, and administrative management of the Masonry Works department
- Leadership, promotion, and support of a motivated team of around 20 employees
- Responsibility for quality assurance, compliance with legal regulations, and budget control
- Active customer care, offer preparation, and calculation
- Project management from acquisition to billing
- Further development of the specialist areas and shaping the strategic future orientation
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed basic training as a mason EFZ
- Ideally further training as a construction foreman, construction technician HF, or in leadership/company management
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiasm for team leadership and employee development
