Job Description
The position: CRM Specialist Swiss Market - Fixed-Term Contract 8 months (maternity leave cover)
Your main mission will be to coordinate and support the deployment of the CRM strategy within the Swiss market. You will also be responsible for analysing and exploiting the customer database as well as identifying local CRM specificities.
Your responsibilities:
- You will plan, control and manage the deployment of the CRM strategy;
- You will produce and analyse reports on CRM KPIs, transactions and data quality;
- You will monitor and optimise the use of CRM tools, including CRM and Retail BI dashboards;
- You will train and support colleagues in the use of CRM tools and processes, notably the teams at our points of sale in Switzerland;
- You will ensure the integrity of our database and monitor the quality of customer data;
- You will play a central role in customer activations and events, from defining guest profiles to actively participating in events;
- Finally, you will identify contact points and opportunities for interaction with customers and promote the enrichment of the customer database.
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a CRM role, ideally in the luxury, retail sectors or a highly customer-oriented environment.
- You have excellent mastery of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce, as well as an advanced level in Excel and reporting tools.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are comfortable interpreting data and formulating operational recommendations.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, you show autonomy, organisation and great reliability in managing your tasks.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and naturally support users in adopting tools and processes.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French and English. German would be an asset.
