What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production plants and ensure a smooth process

• You set up the machines and commission them

• You carry out regular quality checks and document the results

• You detect malfunctions early and independently resolve minor technical issues

• You perform maintenance and cleaning work on the plants

• You work closely with your colleagues and ensure a safe workflow

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training, ideally as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification

• You bring initial experience in operating production plants

• You work carefully and have a good technical understanding

• You are reliable and enjoy working in shifts

• You are hands-on and a team player

• You are eager to develop further and learn new things
