What is my role?

• Operation and monitoring of a modern inline machine

• Setting up and precise adjustment of the machine for new orders

• Supervision of the entire production process - from the cardboard sheet to the finished processed packaging

• Conducting ongoing quality checks

• Ensuring a smooth production process

• Troubleshooting minor technical faults

• Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene regulations

• Active participation in the production team

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of professional experience as a machine operator, machine attendant or plant operator

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Experience in setting up and operating production machines is an advantage

• Completed technical training is an advantage

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Reliable, independent and careful working style

• High quality awareness

• Team player, resilient and conscientious

• Willingness for visual work
