On-call Mobile Receptionist Canton of Vaud
As part of replacements at various sites in the canton of Vaud, especially during holidays or other absences, we are looking for our future
Your missions
- Ensure a professional and warm welcome for visitors, clients, and employees, including international ones.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution and punctuality of shipments.
- Handle reception and filtering of telephone calls, efficiently directing callers.
- Organize and prepare meeting rooms, including logistics, equipment, and welcoming participants.
- Coordinate and support the organization of internal events, management meetings, and business lunches.
- Perform various administrative tasks supporting internal teams (filing, document tracking, supply orders, etc.).
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and friendliness of the reception area and common spaces, embodying the company’s professional image.
Your profile
- You have proven experience in reception and front desk roles, gained in demanding environments.
- You stand out by a strong customer orientation and an impeccable sense of service.
- You have an excellent command of the Office Suite and common office tools.
- You master English at a minimum B2 level, allowing you to work easily in an international context.
- You present a neat professional appearance and adopt an attitude perfectly aligned with expected quality standards.
- You demonstrate flexibility, versatility, and a great capacity to adapt, essential in a dynamic environment.
