Administrative Staff Member
Data Protection Supervisory Authority | 50% | Chur
The newly established Data Protection Supervisory Authority of Graubünden began its work on 1 January 2026. We are in the exciting process of building the office, which monitors and supports the application of data protection regulations by authorities according to the new Cantonal Data Protection Act. The rapid technological developments and numerous connections to societal issues make data protection an interesting and dynamic field of work with many interdisciplinary questions. The Data Protection Supervisory Authority of Graubünden is an independent body administratively assigned to the Chancellery.
To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and competent individual as an administrative staff member from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility
- Independent handling of administrative tasks
- Support for the office management and staff
- Data maintenance and document management in specialised systems
- Power user CMI
- Management of the telephone switchboard, office email address and incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintenance of the Data Protection Supervisory Authority’s homepage
- Financial management: expenditure control, account assignment, creditor workflow, invoicing
- Organisation of appointments, events, meetings and conferences
- Management of the office library and periodical filing
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and confident IT user skills
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Flexibility, teamwork and discretion
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Additional cantonal languages are an advantage
