Your tasks

• Professional and heartfelt care and support of people in need of care in demanding situations
• Management of electronic care documentation using "careCoach"
• Care-related and medical-technical activities
• Participation in the implementation of the care process and taking over of reference care
• Leadership of the day team
• Recognition of crisis situations and taking intervention measures (including medical rounds)
• Co-responsibility for professional care quality
• Observation and analysis of care and support situations

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Experience in long-term care desirable
• Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
• High professional ethics and motivation
