About the job

Processing sales-related administrative tasks within the Supply Chain area

Recording and confirming customer orders

Monitoring and coordinating delivery dates in collaboration with planning and internal departments

Preparation and coordination of deliveries and shipping

Creation of invoices and export documents as well as processing the required customer and transport documents

Managing the customer portfolio and handling customer enquiries

Professional handling of customer correspondence via email and telephone

Managing precious metal stocks and weight accounts of our customers as well as processing the corresponding material requests

Processing and coordinating customer returns

Creation and updating of customer master data in SAP/HANA

Management of new article setups

Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as planning, production, logistics and sales

To strengthen our team in the Sales Administration Supply Chain area, we are looking for a committed, reliable and customer-oriented person to start immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you are an important interface between our customers and the various internal departments. You ensure professional order processing and accompany our customers from order entry to delivery.

Your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a comparable function is an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation
Structured, reliable and precise way of working
High initiative and sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills as well as strong communication skills
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP SD is essential, SAP/HANA is an advantage
German at native speaker level
French: confident oral and written communication
English: confident oral and written communication
Enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment
