Your tasks
- You develop the global marketing strategy, are responsible for its implementation, and ensure that our brand has a clear, strong, and consistent identity worldwide
- You think digitally: SEO, SEA, content marketing, social media, marketing automation & performance marketing are used purposefully and data-driven
- You use AI tools effectively, recognize new potentials, and further develop innovative marketing approaches
- You design creative, market-specific measures to support our international distribution partners and strengthen their brand presence
- You conduct market, trend, and competitor analyses and derive strategic opportunities for the further development of our brand
- You also use classic marketing instruments and combine them sensibly with digital channels
- You work closely with sales, product management, and development and support special projects, external communication, and presentations
- You plan and manage the global marketing budget efficiently and impact-oriented
- You bear professional responsibility for your team, act empathetically and goal-oriented, continuously develop team members, and strengthen them both professionally and personally
What you bring
Must-have
- A completed degree in marketing, business administration (with a focus on marketing), or an equivalent further education in marketing/communication
- Several years of experience in international marketing, preferably with a digital focus
- Leadership experience or proven leadership skills in a dynamic environment
- Strong skills in digital marketing, data analysis, and KPI-driven work
- Creativity, initiative, and a high level of responsibility
- Strong customer and market orientation as well as a hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of processes, markets, and technologies
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Nice-to-have
- Experience in technically oriented industries or in the field of power tools
- Additional foreign languages
- Experience with AI models, marketing tech stack, or international branding initiatives
