Clerk for Quotes and Contracts (m/f/d), 100%
Your contribution to our team
As a clerk for quotes and contracts, you are responsible for the entire process of quote processing – from creation through follow-up to completion. At the same time, you are the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrical installer and your commercial flair, you competently and friendly advise our customers by phone. You take over the complete order processing – from offer creation to ensuring product availability. You provide price information and details on delivery times. Professional handling of complaints also belongs to your area of responsibility, where you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you make a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our customers.
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
- Commercial knowledge
- MS Office skills
- Sales personality with high customer orientation
- Independent and precise working style
- Team-oriented and flexible personality with high commitment and resilience
