ICT Onsite Support Specialist 80-100%

Your Tasks and Perspectives

• 1st and 2nd level onsite support at our customers in the canton of St. Gallen (St. Gallen, Grabs, Wil and Uznach)
• Installing and maintaining workplace systems, staging clients, peripheral devices, mobile devices and communication tools
• Updating hardware inventory, operating manuals, instructions and checklists
• Participation in rollout and relocation projects
• Participation in the lifecycle replacement of IT hardware

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in client infrastructure support
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, telephony and various administration tools such as software distribution and Active Directory
• Team-oriented, independent and customer-focused working style, analytical thinking and structured working method
• Confident oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
• Driving licence category B (passenger car)
