What awaits you
- Participate in our Direct Sales objectives and proactively develop 360-degree advice
- Advise our clients and prospective clients online through our digital tools and our Sales telephone hotline
- Conduct contact campaigns, persuade and guide the client towards a new sales experience
- Proactively and personally follow up and chase up their offers and personal files
- Work cross-functionally and flexibly within a multi-channel strategy
What we expect
- Proven experience in customer contact and sales
- Knowledge of and interest in health insurance-related fields
- Certification in the sector (AFA) is required
- A flexible, positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Stamina and adaptability to our sales seasons and demanding work rhythms
