Job Description

• You will take over the scheduling and coordination of our service technicians for warranty deployments, repairs and maintenance for the north and west of Switzerland in German and French.
• You are responsible for the technical clarification and the commercial processing of service and maintenance orders.
• You handle customer enquiries, offers and order placements, check material invoices and take on other general office tasks and administrative duties.
• In addition, you support the handling of external service providers or subcontractors.
• Your further tasks include inventory management and the transport handling of material deliveries.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical or commercial training.
• Professional experience in technical customer service/service is an advantage.
• You speak and write fluent German and have good to very good French skills.
• You convince with pronounced team and communication skills and a high service understanding with direct customer contact.
• A customer- and service-oriented systematic working method as well as organisational skills are natural for you.
• You have a technical affinity.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications rounds off your profile, SAP knowledge is desirable.
