To complete our team in the physiotherapy and occupational therapy service of the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Novaggio site, we are looking for a
Transport Assistant (A hours%)
Profile:
The collaborator operates within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation context and ensures the safe and efficient transport of patients between the various wards, diagnostic services and care areas of the clinic. They carry out activities in compliance with internal procedures, ensuring punctuality, precision and attention to the assisted person. They are able to independently manage variable workloads, maintaining close collaboration with physiotherapy/occupational therapy, nursing, medical, administrative and other involved services. They demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility and a respectful and discreet approach towards patients, relatives and colleagues. A flexible, reliable person oriented towards service quality.
Necessary requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and priority management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maximum availability to work flexible shifts
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Knowledge of main IT tools (email, internal systems)
- Teamwork attitude and coordination with multiple services
