For our master builder location in Gisikon (Lucerne branch) we are looking for you as Project Manager: Master Builder (m/f/d). Your area of operation extends across Central Switzerland, where you will be responsible for demanding building construction projects from the start of construction to handover.

At the Gisikon location, Implenia offers the full range of services in building construction: from AVOR through execution to the completion of complex new construction and modernization projects. We consistently rely on digital processes: calculation, measurement, and supplementary offers are handled via BauBit pro, BIM models and plans are shared with all project participants via Trimble Connect, and delivery notes are processed paperlessly via Comstruct. You will work in an experienced, interdisciplinary team that aims to efficiently implement demanding construction projects with modern tools.

What you will accomplish

• Leading and realizing demanding building construction projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Why you will succeed

• Degree as a certified civil engineer FH, certified master builder, or certified site manager TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Experience with Swiss standards and construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for building
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
