About the job
What is my role?
You manage our workshop with around 10-15 employees and ensure smooth operations
You plan and coordinate all repair and maintenance work
You take care of the deployment planning of your team and ensure that all orders are completed on time
You are responsible for quality assurance and ensure that all work is carried out professionally
You take on budget responsibility and keep an eye on costs
You ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
You are the contact person for customers regarding technical questions and complaints
You take care of the further development of your team through training and onboarding of new employees
What do I need to be successful?
Successfully completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, alternatively a comparable technical qualification in the automotive sector
Several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician with sound knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and repair
Initial leadership experience or willingness
Efficient, structured and careful working style even under time pressure
Cost awareness and experience in handling budgets are an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Driving licence class B, additional driving licence classes are an advantage
