- You take over the recording of orders in the sanitary sector and accompany them up to invoicing
- You competently advise mainly commercial customers by telephone on questions regarding sanitary technical services or products
- You clarify technical details with estimators, sanitary installers and suppliers to ensure smooth processing
- You handle complaints and ensure satisfactory solutions
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales in the sanitary or building services sector
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form

Tasks
- You receive enquiries and prepare as well as process offers and tenders in the central internal sales department for the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland. In doing so, you work closely with the field service- You take over the recording of orders in the sanitary sector and accompany them up to invoicing
- You competently advise mainly commercial customers by telephone on questions regarding sanitary technical services or products
- You clarify technical details with estimators, sanitary installers and suppliers to ensure smooth processing
- You handle complaints and ensure satisfactory solutions
Profile
- You have completed training in the sanitary trade (e.g. sanitary installer, sanitary planner) or commercial training, preferably with knowledge in the field of sanitary products and building services engineering- Several years of professional experience in internal sales in the sanitary or building services sector
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent and precise working method
