Your challenges:

–  Leading the Human Resources department of the municipal administration with 3 employees
–  Professional advice to the management and personnel managers of the retirement center and municipal utilities
–  Advising and supporting supervisors and employees in demanding and difficult situations
–  Leading personnel projects
–  Participating in the development of digital solutions
–  Ensuring personnel planning
–  Developing strategies for personnel marketing and employer branding
–  Responsible for personnel and leadership development
–  Handling issues of occupational health and health promotion
–  Responsible for social insurance

Your profile:

–  Completed further training in Human Resources at the management level HFP
–  Experience in a comparable function in an administrative unit in the canton of Zurich
–  Sound knowledge of public personnel law as well as social insurance law
–  Proficient with IT applications; Abacus and MS 365 are an advantage
–  Empathetic, solution-oriented, and resilient personality
