For our clients - established companies in window construction in the Ebikon and Sursee regions - we are continuously looking for motivated carpenters with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), carpenter practitioners with a basic vocational education (EBA), as well as production staff with experience in wood processing.

Carpenter in Window Production (m/f/d) - Ebikon and Sursee Region

Depending on the company of assignment, you will take on the following tasks:
  • Manufacture of high-quality wooden and wood-metal windows
  • Processing and assembly of window frames and sashes
  • Operation of conventional woodworking machines
  • Collaboration on modern production and CNC systems
  • Installation of fittings and other window components
  • Glazing and sealing work
  • Sanding, surface finishing, and final work
  • Working according to plans and production documents
  • Carrying out quality controls
  • Preparation of windows for delivery and installation
  • General tasks in window production
  • Assignment with one of our clients in the Ebikon or Sursee region



    • We expect:
  • Training as a carpenter EFZ or carpenter practitioner EBA
  • Alternatively, professional experience as a window builder, production staff in window construction, or in wood processing
  • Graduates with motivation and enthusiasm for the profession are expressly welcome
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding
  • Experience with woodworking machines is an advantage
  • CNC knowledge is welcome but not mandatory for every assignment
  • Good spatial imagination
  • Careful and precise working method
  • Reliability, teamwork, and punctuality
  • Good German language skills
  • Driving licence category B and own car are advantageous depending on the workplace
