About the job
The Regional Civil Registry Office fulfils the diverse tasks related to civil status for the municipalities of the Willisau electoral district and is the point of contact for the certification of all family law events in a person's life.
From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed individual as Civil Registrar 60%
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Advising our clients
- Certification of personal data, civil status events as well as court and administrative decisions
- Creating documents from paper registers and Infostar
- Conducting marriage preparation procedures
- Conducting wedding ceremonies
- Receiving acknowledgements and declarations of names

We expect:
- Completed commercial training, preferably with experience in public administration
- Federal specialist certificate for civil registrars or experience in civil status matters with the willingness to acquire this alongside work

- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Communicative personality
- Driving licence category B
