Tasks

Skills
- CFC in business or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent organization and stress management skills.
- Fluency in French, with knowledge of other languages a plus.

About the job
Your main tasks will be as follows :
- Ensure a respectful and pleasant welcome for patients ;
- Provide an efficient and welcoming telephone service, filter requests and transmit messages quickly and clearly ;
- Prepare, check and update patient files in view of consultations ;
- Summon patients for health assessments, consultations and/or vaccinations, in agreement with nurses ;
- Together with the nursing team, direct patients and partners to appropriate medico-social structures ;
- Participate in the preparation of consultation billing ;
- Manage mail and ensure a clear and accessible filing and archiving system.
Your assets :
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification ;
- Professional experience in a similar position desired ;
- Knowledge of the asylum environment is an asset ;
- Driving licence and vehicle essential ;
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel), proficiency in PulseMedica, the Appartenances interpreting platform and Bhaasha is a plus ;
- Good command of written and spoken French, knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset ;
- Very good organisation and stress management ;
- Open-minded and empathetic.
