Your tasks

Handling of all personnel administration
Payroll administration/payroll processing
Responsibility for social insurances
Processing of accident and illness cases
Processing of family allowances and withholding tax
Advising employees and managers on all personnel matters
Continuous optimization and co-design of HR processes

You bring

Commercial basic training
Completed further training in the HR field
Several years of experience in human resources in a generalist role including payroll processing
Confident German in spoken and written form
Structured and independent way of working
