General Practitioner 60-100% - Time for Patients Instead of a Practice Factory, 20 Minutes from Zurich

Do you dream of 30 minutes per patient? Of a team with a flat hierarchy? In this family-run rural general practice, just 20 minutes from Zurich, quality of care matters more than case numbers. I would be happy to tell you more!

The general practice has been established in its rural region for eight years and continues to grow. The team has mostly worked together for a long time, without major hierarchies and with the aim of doing more than the minimum. Profit maximisation is not the priority.
Because one doctor is leaving the practice at the end of the year, a long-term reinforcement is sought from January 2027, including the option of participation / takeover if interested. The work model is clearly plannable: your colleague (80%) is absent one week per month. In that week, you are in the practice five days, and fewer days are possible in the other weeks.
The location is also a plus: you can reach Zurich in 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train.

Your tasks:

• You provide general medical care to patients of all ages with the time good medicine requires
• During your colleague’s absence week, you take over the full consultation hours and ensure continuity for the shared patients
• You independently use the on-site diagnostics: digital X-ray and sonography
• As an equal team member, you help shape the further development of the growing practice

Your skills:

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, Practical Doctor, or an equivalent title recognised in Switzerland (e.g. specialist in General Medicine or Internal Medicine from Germany)
• You value taking time for your patients and appreciate a loyal, personal patient relationship
• Flexibility for a rhythm with one presence week per month
• Enjoy working on an equal footing, without hierarchies and with genuine team spirit
• German language skills at C1 level

Your benefits:

• Fair salary: CHF 180,000 at 100%; after induction, a switch to revenue sharing is possible on request
