In this responsible leadership role, you ensure that our warehouse not only functions but runs excellently
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the warehouse & logistics team
- Overall responsibility for all warehouse and shipping processes - from goods receipt inspection to delivery
- Control, participation, and optimization of daily business processes - you recognize potential and implement improvements decisively
- Implementation of projects for process optimization and digitalization in the warehouse area
- Cooperative collaboration with order processing, purchasing & production
What we expect from you:
- Training as a logistics specialist or transport/logistics dispatcher and several years of leadership experience
- You think entrepreneurially, act decisively, and take responsibility
- High communication skills and empathy – you win people over instead of just leading them
- Organizational talent
- Strong process understanding and an eye for continuous improvement
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- English skills are an advantage
