What is my role?

• As an experienced property manager, you take responsibility for your own portfolio of exciting rental properties.

• You passionately manage the entire letting process: from the first viewing to the final handover of the apartment.

• With your keen sense for people and properties, you ensure maximum tenant satisfaction.

• As the central point of contact, you skilfully organise the collaboration between owners, tenants, craftsmen and authorities.

• You always keep an eye on the market and set the right impulses for optimal management.

• Optionally, you can expand your field of activity to include the management of condominium ownership and develop further in this area.

What do I need to be successful?

• You already have some experience in the exciting world of property management.

• A federal professional certificate is a plus but not a must – your motivation and willingness to learn are more important.

• As a doer type, you see every challenge as an opportunity to surpass yourself.

• You are confident in the digital world and master MS Office effortlessly.

• Initial experience with Rimo R5 is an advantage but not a requirement.

• With your positive charisma and team spirit, you enrich our dynamic team.

• Even when things get hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.

• You communicate convincingly and approach people openly.
