Your key responsibilities
Work on a wide range of exciting consulting projects in the area of International Tax & Transaction Services and support our clients in providing tax advice in international tax law
Swiss tax compliance, including the preparation of Swiss tax returns for multinationals with a presence in Switzerland, as well as the review of tax assessments, preparation of tax rulings and tax accruals, among other tasks
Be involved in multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects that cover transaction planning, due diligence, transfer pricing, tax accounting, reporting, technology and many other areas in addition to classic corporate taxes
Opportunity to learn national and international corporate tax law in a well-founded and practice-oriented manner
Unique opportunity to develop rapidly, learn and support a wide range of tax areas of the industry
In close collaboration with colleagues and clients, you will work within a diversified environment including a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
You are one of the first to experience, analyze and apply innovations in the tax environment
Be involved in international tax topics, digital tools and AI solutions and thus, design new topics and create new solutions
What we look for
A recognized diploma in tax, law, economics or equivalent (master's degree)
A sound knowledge of corporate tax law and ideally, you have a first experience in tax consulting and/or in-house tax in Switzerland
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you combine analysis and synthesis, rigor and method and possess a solid deadline management
A humble, autonomous, organized, positive and flexible personality who favors teamwork
Excellent level of English and French; any other language is considered as a plus
You have a good command of basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
