Head of Service (m/f/d)

In this role, you will work full-time in a small family team, directly reporting to the hotel manager. The position is offered as a permanent role. A high value is placed on cleanliness, friendliness, and quality as basic requirements. 

Your tasks

• Management of the entire service area including restaurant, terrace, breakfast service, bar, and events
• Leadership, motivation, and training of the service team
• Ensuring smooth service operations and high guest satisfaction
• Implementation and further development of our strategic direction
• Responsibility for ordering in the service area as well as maintaining supplier contacts
• Duty scheduling, quality control, and interface to the kitchen
• Active participation in daily operational business

Our requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Leadership skills, organizational talent, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Host/hostess with heart, style, and a natural sense for people
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French is an advantage
• Resilience, team spirit, and joy in innovation
• Well-groomed and confident appearance as well as impeccable manners
• Reliable, communicative, and friendly personality
• High service orientation and an eye for details and cleanliness
