Your Tasks and Prospects

Professional and personnel management of approximately 20 employees, including responsibility for planning, coordination and organisation of the department
Operational participation in nursing
Ensuring qualitatively and quantitatively appropriate nursing care
Contributing to the further development of entrepreneurial and department-specific projects
Shaping an active and positive team and clinic culture

Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with at least 5 years of professional experience in the acute sector in Switzerland
Proven leadership experience of at least 2 years, completed leadership training is an advantage or willingness to complete internal leadership training
Innovative, appreciative, cooperative and empathetic personality
Enjoyment of independent working methods and shaping change
High organisational and communication skills, sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
