Head of Production/Programmer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of a production team of around 6 employees
• Ensuring the timely production of drawing parts with CNC machines
• Ensuring high availability of the production machines
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and problems in day-to-day business, in cooperation with production planning
• Creating CNC programmes including the preparation of the associated documentation
• Manufacturing (milling/turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast & steel) in small series or single parts

Your Profile

• Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
• Several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling
• Very good knowledge in programming CNC programmes (Esprit experience is an advantage)
• Experience in personnel and technical leadership of employees
• Solid experience in production planning
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
