Role:
As a polymechanic in the CNC long-turning area, you are responsible for the independent setup, programming, and operation of high-precision long-turning machines. With your technical know-how and quality awareness, you ensure efficient manufacturing processes and consistently high quality of demanding precision and miniature parts.
Responsibilities:
Independent setup, programming, and operation of CNC-controlled long-turning machines
Monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes
Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
Conducting ongoing quality controls and ensuring the required product quality
Analysing and resolving process and machine malfunctions
Ensuring reliable and smooth machine operation
Qualifications:
Completed training as a polymechanic or precision mechanic
Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial production environment
Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
