To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Sous Chef personality who, together with our Executive Chef and a highly qualified brigade, brings excellence to the plate every day.Your tasks:
- Co-responsibility for the smooth running of all kitchen activities – from breakfast to gala dinner.
- Supporting the Executive Chef in the daily organization, planning, and leadership of the brigade.
- Quality and presentation control of all dishes – your eye for detail ensures the "wow" effect for the guest.
- Ensuring the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) as well as responsible handling of food and work materials.
- Participation in the creation of new menus and dishes – your ideas are always welcome.
- Deputizing for the Executive Chef in their absence – you take on responsibility with competence and passion.
Who you are
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as Chef de Partie in 5-star hotels or upscale gourmet gastronomy.
- Strong leadership skills, team spirit, and the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Cost awareness, organizational talent, and a high quality standard for yourself and your environment.
- Passion for gastronomy, creativity, and the desire to refine every product in the best possible way.
- Languages: Italian as well as English or German
