Consultant/Project Manager ERP (m/f/d)

In this role, you will dive deeply into the business processes of clients, analyse and optimise workflows, and develop suitable solutions in the ERP environment with a focus on ABACUS. You are responsible for consulting on ERP business software, accompany the implementation, and ensure that solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing processes. Additionally, you take on project management, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure that goals and deadlines are met. Through targeted training and support, you facilitate users’ handling of the software and thus strengthen the acceptance of the introduced solutions. As a professional, you contribute your experience in a structured manner and drive projects forward with an analytical eye and high personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse and optimise your clients’ business processes in the ERP environment
- In this role, you identify optimisation potentials and develop customised ERP solutions
- As a Consultant/Project Manager ERP, you advise clients on ABACUS software and act as the central contact person
- You implement ERP solutions and integrate them seamlessly into your clients’ processes
- In this role, you take on project management and ensure the achievement of goals and deadlines
- As a Consultant/Project Manager ERP, you train users in ABACUS and provide comprehensive support
Qualifications:
- You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
- You have professional experience as a consultant and operate confidently at a professional level.
- You bring good knowledge in payroll, HR, operations management, and/or finance, ideally with experience in ERP software such as ABACUS.
- You think analytically, have a feel for data, and quickly grasp complex contexts.
- You communicate convincingly, explain complex matters clearly, and present yourself confidently to clients and colleagues.
- You work independently, take responsibility, value teamwork, and communicate confidently in German.
