Main Responsibilities
- Establishing and leading the Market Analysis, Risk Monitoring, and Risk Strategy team
- Designing and implementing data-driven market and risk analyses
- Collaborating and presenting analyses to management as a basis for strategic supervisory decisions
- Further developing the integrated risk monitor and risk strategy of FINMA
- Deriving and communicating cross-divisional key risks with high signal effect
- Conducting special investigations into current financial market trends
Profile
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management at a bank, insurance company, or other financial institution
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in processing and analyzing data as well as in preparing and reporting results
- Confident, assertive personality with clear judgment and persuasive presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German or French (C2) as well as very good knowledge of the other language and English (at least B2)
