Your main tasks
- Operating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining customer infrastructures, as well as the Oria Public & Private Cloud
- You provide our customers with the best service in 1st and 2nd level support
(Remote and, if necessary, on-site at the customer)
- Shift work during office hours 07:00 – 19:00
- Independent and self-organized work in the service desk
- Actively support customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain system-technical documentation
Your strengths and skills
- Experience in IT support, ideally in 1st and 2nd level (remote and on-site) as well as handling ticket systems.
- Solid knowledge in operating, controlling, and monitoring IT infrastructures (client, server, networks, virtualization, cloud solutions, M365).
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style to quickly identify and efficiently resolve disruptions.
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in direct contact with customers.
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style – even in hectic situations you keep a cool head.
- Willingness to work in shifts during office hours (07:00 – 19:00).
- Team spirit, initiative, and motivation to continuously develop yourself.
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
