Job Description
- Overall responsibility for the technical, personnel and economic management of the location
- Direct leadership and development of a team of around 30 employees
- Further development and expansion of the market position in the Winterthur region
- Acquisition and management of projects in the areas of heating, ventilation and service
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
- Leadership, promotion and development of employees
- Responsibility for budget, results and target achievement of the branch
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as regional locations
- Co-design of strategic and operational business development

We expect
- Technical basic training in building services
- Further training at HF, TS or FH level in HVAC or comparable
- Ideally business management training or corresponding leadership experience
- Several years of experience in building services
- Several years of experience in leading teams or business units
- Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced market understanding
- Experience in customer care, acquisition of new orders as well as in sales or business development
- Leadership personality with high personal responsibility and decisiveness
- Communicative and engaging personality with professional appearance
