For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Wikon LU area, we are looking for a technically versatile, independent and solution-oriented personality as a Maintenance Technician Mechanics & Automation 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will maintain production systems and operational equipment. You analyse faults, perform maintenance and work on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and automation technology topics.
Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control technology faults
Carrying out planned maintenance work as well as preventive maintenance
Support with conversions, system optimisations, expansions and commissioning
Replacement and adjustment of components, sensors, drives and assemblies
Reading and applying technical drawings, schematics and documentation
Identifying weaknesses and contributing improvement measures
Collaboration with production, technical, engineering and external service departments
Documentation of faults, maintenance and technical findings
Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
Experience in maintenance, operational technology, automation or technical servicing is an advantage
Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical or control technology
Basic PLC knowledge or experience with sensor technology and drive technology is an advantage
Ability to systematically analyse faults and resolve them sustainably
Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of versatile technology and practical work
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Willingness to work day shifts, on-call or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Tasks
Maintenance, repair and servicing of production systems, machines and operational equipmentAnalysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control technology faults

Profile
Completed technical training as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic, industrial electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable qualificationExperience in maintenance, operational technology, automation or technical servicing is an advantage
