At the Army Training Centre Lucerne (AAL), a varied role awaits you in the hotel and seminar area. With your commitment, you ensure well-maintained rooms, an operational infrastructure, and a smooth process during seminars and events.
Your tasks
- You plan and coordinate the cleaning, maintenance, and provision of seminar, lounge, and ancillary rooms as well as sanitary facilities and traffic areas.
- You carry out basic, major, and special cleanings professionally and align your work with the respective occupancy and event schedule.
- During seminars and events, you assist in guest care, ensure event support and a functioning infrastructure, and support the technical team with operational and technical tasks.
- You manage cleaning products, laundry, equipment, and machines, coordinate goods deliveries, and undertake simple maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
- As a practical trainer, you accompany apprentices in building services maintenance EFZ and work closely with internal departments, external cleaning companies, and other contractual partners.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a building services maintenance specialist EFZ, building cleaner EFZ, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- You have a practical trainer course or are willing to complete one and enjoy supporting and promoting apprentices.
- Experience in professional cleaning as well as basic technical knowledge enable you to be versatile in the hotel and seminar operation.
- You work independently, carefully, and responsibly, are flexible, and also pitch in where your support is needed amid changing requirements.
- Good spoken German skills and basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office complete your profile.
