Analyst (m/f/d) Transaction Advisory & Real Estate Valuation

In Switzerland, JLL operates from two offices: Zurich and Geneva. With an experienced team of around 70 experts, we offer specialised advisory services to real estate companies, owners, investors and users. This includes managing complex real estate transactions with large volumes (asset & share deals), valuation of investment properties and real estate companies, strategic advisory services for property owners as well as leasing and tenant representation for commercial rental spaces.
For the areas of real estate valuation and transaction advisory, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic analyst (m/f/d) to join our team full-time at the Geneva office.
Functions and Responsibilities
As an analyst, you will work closely with our experienced Swiss team of experts on a wide range of transaction, valuation and advisory mandates:
Preparation of DCF valuations of income properties, institutional real estate portfolios, project developments, land as well as real estate companies
Structuring, preparation and execution of transactions and institutional real estate investment products, including sale and leaseback transactions (asset & share deals)
Participation in strategic advisory mandates for institutional clients and advice on financing issues or valuation of indirect real estate investments
Preparation of market analyses as well as collaboration on publications about the real estate market
Qualifications and Requirements
Good master’s degree in economics or engineering (in the latter case, with additional training in economics)
Native French speaker and fluent English; German and/or Italian are a plus
Strong interest in capital market issues and real estate-specific topics
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
Independent and rigorous working method, with attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Performance-oriented and ability to work in a team
