• You lead and develop high-performing technology and engineering teams.
• You are responsible for the strategic and technological advancement of our solutions, platforms, and products.
• You drive innovation forward and consistently use AI as an accelerator in software development, our products, and value creation.
• You take an active role in pre-sales, sales, and consulting, winning new customers and projects.
• You are responsible for the economic development of your area, including budget, revenue, and profitability (P&L).
• You identify market potentials, develop new business areas, and contribute your perspective to corporate development as a member of the extended management team.

• You have completed a degree at ETH, a university, or a comparable institution in computer science or a technical field.
• You have experience leading technology and engineering teams and want to take the next step in your leadership career.
• You have a strong technological background and experience in developing complex software solutions or technology products.
• You think entrepreneurially, have experience in pre-sales and sales, and are ready to take on comprehensive P&L responsibility.
• You recognise the potential of AI and understand how to translate new technologies into concrete innovations and business successes.
• You impress with leadership, initiative, and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
