YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Team Leadership
- Technical and personnel management of the System Engineering ESTW team
- Ensuring the required product quality
- Promoting and developing the team as well as the employees
- Resource planning within the assigned team
Technical Responsibility
- Leading project and working groups
- Independently managing assigned customer projects (national and international)
- Scheduling, resource, and work planning in the project
- Contributions to knowledge building and retention in the company
- Active process and know-how exchange with all involved parties/interfaces
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Technical basic training (e.g., automation technician, electrical installer, or comparable) with further education at HF / FH level
- Experience in software and system development
- Leadership experience at team lead level
- PLC knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in project environments, especially in normative environments, is an advantage
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
- Very good German skills, French at least B2, English a great advantage
