Your tasks
- Milieu-therapeutically oriented key worker duties
- Interprofessional collaboration in a multimodal treatment
- Participation in the design of the daily structure and leisure activities
- Close cooperation with other departments of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of treatment planning
- Work in a 24-hour operation in all shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FAGE) EFZ or equivalent training recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably with children and adolescents
- Strong interest in the further development of the service and in joint learning with other professional groups
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication skills, patience and empathy as well as conveying security in emergency situations
