- Ability to train and mentor junior staff effectively.

• Reports directly to the Banquet Chef and the Production Chef.
• Carries out the production of banquets and production kitchen according to technical sheets, coded recipes, and establishment standards.
• Ensures the necessary setups for central production and banquet events, according to the established schedule.
• Guarantees the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes produced at their station before dispatch.
• Strictly applies hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and ensures their compliance within their area.
• Participates in the receipt of goods and verifies the qualitative and sanitary conformity of delivered products.
• Ensures proper stock rotation (FIFO) and optimal storage of goods in dedicated storage areas.
• Reports any anomalies or non-conformities concerning products, equipment, or preparations to the Banquet Chef or Production Chef.
• Participates in the production of Room Service or other sales points, according to operational needs.
• Supervises and supports commis and apprentices assigned to their station, ensuring the transmission of work methods and standards.
• Ensures proper maintenance and cleanliness of their workstation, equipment, and provided tools.
• Applies existing technical sheets and recipes without modification, and reports any improvement proposals to their hierarchy.
• Works closely with the Banquet and Production teams to ensure smooth service and respect of deadlines.
