• You support the branch manager in the daily management and organization of the branch
• You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and assist in selecting gifts from our diverse product range
• You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate range, among other things through creative store design
• You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
• You are an important point of contact for the team and for customers
• You contribute to optimizing workflows and ensure that the branch operates efficiently and profitably

• You have completed training in retail and/or bring comparable experience in dealing with food
• You love a hands-on mentality and are technically inclined
• You are eager to optimize and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You have an extraordinary awareness of quality and hygiene
• You appreciate open and respectful communication and are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
• You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
