Workshop Manager Agricultural Sector

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a great professional opportunity, a

Workshop Manager Agricultural Sector M/F/X at 100%

You will be the deputy to the boss, so you will replace them when they are absent

When taking up your duties you will be responsible for:

Administrative (approx. 20%)

- management and ordering of parts

- workshop sheet checks

- customer / order / intervention follow-up

Workshop (approx. 80%)

- assistance and training of apprentices

- repairs in the workshop or at customers' premises

- all workshop work in agricultural mechanics

Your profile:

You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an agricultural machinery mechanic or heavy vehicle mechanic

You have significant experience as an agricultural machinery mechanic or workshop manager

You must be resident in Switzerland

You have a vehicle and hold a driving licence

Holder of the apprentice trainer qualification or willing to undertake the training
