About the job

The Dampfschiff daycare is an innovative and professional childcare centre in Winterthur-Seen, run on the basis of Christian values. Our offer currently includes 5 daycare groups for toddlers from 3 months old until they start kindergarten.

As a certified Purzelbaum daycare, we offer our children a variety of movement activities and healthy developmental foundations.

To complement our motivated team, we are looking for a group leader 80-100% from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Profile

Training as a childcare specialist EFZ or an equivalent recognised qualification
Experience in group leadership or as a competent co-educator
You identify with a lived Christian view of humanity and are rooted in the Christian faith
Training support for apprentices and interns
Communicative, responsible personality
Independence in handling administrative tasks
