For our clients in the Wollerau SZ region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a warm-hearted, reliable, and responsible SRK care assistant for night watches with a workload of 20–40%.

As a night watch, you are on site during the night and ensure that our clients receive support if needed. The focus is not on continuous active care but on your reliable presence and the safety of our clients.

• You take on night watches at our clients’ familiar homes.
• You are the contact person on site during the night and available to our clients if needed.
• You assist with nocturnal needs, such as trips to the toilet, mobilisation, or personal care.
• You ensure a calm, safe, and pleasant atmosphere during the night.
• You recognise changes in health status and initiate the prescribed measures if necessary.
• You document special occurrences and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• You act calmly, responsibly, and according to agreed procedures in unexpected situations.

• Completed SRK care assistant course or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly and dependent people
• Willingness to take on night watches and night shifts
• A warm, empathetic, and reliable personality
• Independent and responsible working style
• Calmness and confidence in dealing with unexpected situations
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence with own car
• Team spirit and enjoyment in working with people
