Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a Financial Accountant ARGEN (m/f/d). Your workplace is something very special: We are seeking your support for the Gotthard Project (2nd Gotthard Tunnel) in Göschenen (Canton Uri). That means: You are right in the MIDDLE of the ACTION!

Tasks: Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

• Accounting management of the consortium (ARGE):
  • General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable
  • VAT returns
  • Asset accounting / inventory valuation
  • Payment transactions / accounts payable workflow
• Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for the ARGE
• Opening and management of the banking relationship
• Applying for guarantees and bonds from banks and insurance companies
• Advising site managers and project leaders on accounting matters
• Liquidity planning
• Additional tasks as required (e.g. in controlling)

Requirements: Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Excel
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Solution-oriented thinking, independent working style and good assertiveness
• Team player, friendly demeanour, high initiative
• Interest in the complex processes of a large construction site with a contract volume between 400 and 500 million CHF
