About the job
Your new role
In the Project Management department, you represent the city of St. Gallen as the client and lead public construction projects from planning to implementation. In close collaboration with internal administrative departments and external planning offices, you further develop tendered competition projects and provide buildings and spaces for users that are architecturally convincing and meet the requirements for social, ecological, and economic sustainability. With your interest in digitalisation, you actively contribute to the development of the Building Department.
This position is for you if
- You have a university degree as an architect or an equivalent qualification.
- You would like to bring your convincing professional experience in building construction to us.
- You are a team-oriented, resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- You are curious about new things.
- You love working on medium to large construction projects within a small organisational structure.
- You enjoy participating in organisational development and are interested in methods of digital construction (e.g. VDC).
- You are proficient in written and oral communication.
