Licensing and Content Operations Specialist 80–100% (m/f/d)

About the job

In this versatile role, you work at the interface between internal departments, licensors, and content managers – actively supporting the planning and implementation of our content for the streaming platforms.

• Recording and maintaining licence data from contracts in the central database 
• Correspondence with licensors and internal departments regarding material orders, availability lists of licences, metadata, reports
• Material controlling (orders, reorders, invoice checks)
• Creation and updating of control lists, evaluations, and statistics
• Support in planning content for the streaming platforms
• Various deputy functions within the team

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Initial experience with licence databases (e.g. Content Explorer) is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, French or Italian is an advantage
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
• Enjoyment of processes, data, and teamwork
