CNC Long Turner Décolleteur 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Programming, setting up and operating state-of-the-art décolletage machines

• Ensuring that our products are manufactured with high quality, safely, cost-effectively and on schedule

• Resolving setup and production issues together with the team leader

• Implementing process optimisations practically

• Participating in feasibility analyses for new products and projects

• Actively shaping and continuously improving production workflows and processes

• Promoting and further developing versatility within the team

• Training, instructing and supporting new employees

• Conducting all self-inspections according to MOQC standards

• Providing technical training to apprentices in their 3rd and 4th year and supporting them in preparing for their final apprenticeship examination

• Creating, updating and maintaining production documentation and manufacturing support documents

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a polymechanic, décolleteur or comparable technical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in décolletage and handling CNC long turning machines

• Excellent knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup

• Good understanding of industrial production processes and continuous improvements

• Analytical thinking skills and high competence in solving technical problems

• Strong quality, safety and responsibility awareness

• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and training employees professionally

• Team spirit, independent working style and strong results orientation

• Experience with Citizen décolletage machines (L12, M416) is an advantage
